As promised, we did come across several mushroom trippy tattoos and the like. However, we felt the need to share this one with you to get a taste of what creative artists are adding to them. Here, these mushrooms look almost like coral or sea creatures. The pink and blue colors completely captivate.

Psychedelic Wave

This skull has swirling pink and purple shapes aplenty on top of an equally swimming background of contrasting green and yellow. The overall shape of the tattoo design gives movement as it is stretched and pulled in places as if by some sort of signal interference.

Evolution

This cute and colorful ape is complete with a third eye with a bolt of electricity shooting from it. There’s an interesting line pattern on the monkey’s face that looks like a topographic map. We love the peach-colored ink that’s used in this design as a highlight for several shapes.

Spread Your Wings

Here, we find a butterfly that seems to be dotted with cheetah spots. There is a lovely ombre effect on display that begins as warm colors near the center and cools as your eye moves to the periphery. Very sharp!
