Randall Emmett Sounds Off on ‘Disgusting’ and ‘Untrue’ Allegations of Pedophilia After Ex-Wife is Granted a Temporary Restraining Order

Randall Emmett is responding to some disturbing allegations made by his ex-wife, Ambyr Childers – in which she claims he’s being investigated by the FBI for ‘child exploitation and pedophilia.’ The allegations come just a few weeks after Childers was granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) from her husband.

“There is zero evidence that I’m being investigated for anything. As the father of three children, I am shocked and in utter disbelief that Ambyr would even hint at something so disgusting and untrue. As for her other claims, they are all categorically false,” said Emmett in a statement obtained by People

He went on to claim that just because someone says something in a pleading, doesn’t mean it’s true. “And it’s also important to note we still share 50/50 custody of our children. This is yet another attack and set of lies from Ambyr designed to hurt my career without any evidence whatsoever,” he continued.

According to recent court filings, Ambyr Childers claims she received a phone call on December 6th from an FBI agent that was interested in some of her ex-husband’s ‘suspected activities with child exploitation and pedophilia.’ The LA Times is reporting that several other people have received a similar phone call.

“This call caused me extreme destruction and disturbance of my emotional calm and peace of mind in that London and Rylee are often alone with [Emmett] while he may be engaging in acts of child exploitation and/or pedophilia,” said Childers in the court documents – allegations that Emmett denies.

Ambyr Childers originally filed for a restraining order in October, but the request was denied by a judge. She was finally granted the temporary restraining order on December 22nd – ordering Randall Emmett to stay 100 yards away from his ex-wife, her home, her car, or her work (unless exchanging kids for visits).

The temporary restraining order was put in place immediately and will expire on January 12th – following a court hearing at 8:30 in the morning. The primary goal behind the hearing is to determine whether or not Childers should be granted a domestic violence restraining order – more details will be provided soon.

Randall Emmett is a Father to Three Children – All Under the Age of 13

Part of what makes these allegations so disturbing and eye-catching is the fact that Randall Emmett – who is being accused of pedophilia and child exploitation – is a father to three children. It’s something he alluded to in his recent comments, but also something Ambyr Childers alluded to in the court filings.

He shares two children with Childers – a 9-year-old daughter named Rylee and a 13-year-old daughter named London. He also shares a third child with his ex-fiance, Lauren “Lala Kent” Burningham – they had a daughter (turns 2 soon) in March 2021, but the couple decided to separate just eight months later.

“We are deeply concerned about these allegations. At this time, our sole focus is on the safety of the children and ensuring that the children and any possible victims who may come forward be protected,” said an attorney for Kent, according to the LA Times. She, however, is not seeking a restraining order.

As for Ambyr Childers, her attorney didn’t mince words when asked about Randall Emmett and his recent comments. “If Emmett contends she is lying, he should try the matter in a Court of Law rather than the media. I can confirm that Emmett’s prior counsel has never once reached out to discuss settlement.”
