It’s official: Rupert Grint is FINALLY on the insta!
The “Harry Potter” actor, 32, began his Instagram last week with his very first photo being 6-month-old daughter, Wednesday Grint.
“Hey Instagram….only 10 years late, but here I am. Grint on the Gram! Here to introduce you all to Wednesday G. Grint. Stay safe, Rupert,” he captioned his selfie in which he’s holding his baby girl.
Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the series, commented on the photo saying: “Welcome Weasley , it’s about time. Love to Wednesday xx.”
Grint and his girlfriend, Georgia Groome, welcomed their daughter back in May. Groome, 28, announced in April she was pregnant with their first child together.
The two have been together since 2011.
Grint has since set the record for the fastest time to reach 1 million followers on Instagram, garnering a massive following in just four hours and one minute.
While Grint’s very first post reached the one million followers mark in only four hours.

The previous holder Sir David Attenborough, joined Instagram back in September of 2020 and garnered up to seven digits worth of followers in just four hours and 44 minutes.
Prior to Sir David, the previous record-holder was Friends star Jennifer Aniston, who joined the social media app on October 15 2019, and gained 1 million followers in only five hours and 16 minutes.
David Beckham, Pope Francis and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have also held records in this particular category.
