Ryan Reynolds Tweets About ‘A-Hole’ After Lost Sesame Street Appearance Resurfaces

Blake Lively‘s husband, Ryan Reynolds, possesses the uncanny ability to pivot from wholesome to R-rated at any given moment. Proof of the actor’s ability to turn on a dime was evident in a recent tweet from the Deadpool actor which has now gone viral as Reynolds’ tweets are wont to do.

The tweet contained a not so kid-friendly joke about his Sesame Street appearance from 2010 that fans recently unearthed. In the skit, the actor can be seen wearing a costume shaped like the letter “A” as he is surrounded by the cute, furry puppets we all know and love.

A person on Twitter managed to stumble across the vintage Ryan Reynolds Sesame Street appearance. “Watching a little [Sesame Street] with the kiddo, and it’s an episode with [Ryan Reynolds] and the gang doing an A-Team gag,” one fan tweeted. “It’s a delight, for both me and the kiddo.”

Reynolds saw the wholesome compliment about his time playing a letter with the muppets, but his response was far from Rated G and instead would probably be considered a hard R.

Ryan Reynolds fired back with a joke that is only politely accepted in a bathroom.

Naturally, the levelheaded users of Twitter took it in stride, right? No, sensibilities were taken off the table and a hilarious meltdown ensued.

Twitter users responded to Ryan Reynolds’ tweet in kind.
