Congratulations are in order! Former Duck Dynasty star, Sadie Robertson Huff, recently gave birth to her second child with her husband, Christian Huff – officially making them a family of four! Their second daughter, who they decided to name Haven Belle, was born on May 22, 2023, at 8 o’clock in the morning.
“Haven has brought a touch of heaven,” Sadie wrote in an Instagram caption. She shared several photos of her, her husband, their newborn, and their 2-year-old daughter, Honey James – who celebrated her second birthday on May 11. From this point forward, May is going to be a busy month for the Huff family!
“Life got a whole lot sweeter! peep the time on our phone in slide two and the sheer joy on my face! Christian and I could not be happier and more grateful. Soaking in every single moment,” the 25-year-old mother-of-two continued – while her husband commented, “the sweetest,” with two red heart emojis.
Sadie Robertson Huff first met Christian Huff in July 2018 and started to quietly date several months later. Christian popped the big question on June 9, 2019 – his 19th birthday – and the couple got married on November 3, 2019. They didn’t wait too long before starting a family, welcoming Honey on May 11, 2021.
On November 3, 2022 – the couple’s three-year wedding anniversary – Christian and Sadie announced they were expecting their second child. Two weeks later, on November 15, they shared a video from their gender reveal party – which confirmed the couple was having a second baby girl named Haven Belle.
It was satisfying news for Christian, who was very vocal about wanting a second daughter. “Alright, I’m here with my bat, my field. I got my pink shirt. Definitely gonna be a girl, everyone here is team boy, but it’ll definitely be a girl. Got my pink gum as well, Big League Chew. Super exciting,” he said at the reveal.
Now that their family is growing once again, Christian and Sadie are sure to have their hands full at home. Having two children two years apart is never easy, but they’re not done yet – Sadie previously confirmed they want to have three or four children and have even considered the adoption route.
Sadie Robertson Huff Celebrates Honey James’ 2nd Birthday
On May 11, just two weeks before giving birth to her second daughter, Sadie Robertson Huff took to her Instagram to wish her now-oldest daughter, Honey James, a happy birthday. She shared a carousel of photos and videos of her 2-year-old – giving some insight into the fun they have on a regular basis.
“Honey, you are all things good! We could not adore you more! Your daddy and I are absolutely obsessed with who you are and love getting the privilege of having a front row seat at watching and shaping you grow into who you are becoming at just 2 years old!” the former Duck Dynasty star wrote in the caption.
She went on to praise her daughter for always putting family first – adding that she always wants to be with her cousins and grandparents. Honey loves facetiming those she loves and it’s one of the first things she wants to do every morning. Sadie described the past two years with her as the ‘best of our lives.’
