Savannah Chrisley Denies ‘Nasty Rumors’ About Her Parents’ Marriage: “My Parents Are MADLY in Love With Each Other”

Savannah Chrisley is setting the record straight in regards to divorce rumors between her mother, Julie Chrisley, and father, Todd Chrisley – both of whom are in prison. While many tabloids and media outlets are reporting that the two are headed for a divorce, Savannah wants everyone to know that isn’t true.

“And to clear up NASTY rumors from people who would love nothing more than to see my family torn apart – my parents are MADLY in love with each other and will come out of this trial even stronger and more in love than before,” Savannah wrote in a touching Instagram caption on Mother’s Day (May 14).

She praised Julie for being an ‘outstanding mother’ and ‘even more amazing wife’ – adding that she’s an even better daughter, a hell of a friend, a woman of God, a breast cancer survivor, and a ‘mother to more than just the children she birthed.’ She described her as loyal, fierce, and ‘everything that I hope to be.’

Savannah Chrisley also wrote about how different this Mother’s Day was than the previous, noting the absence of her mother. And it’s not just Mother’s Day, but every holiday is hard without her parents – adding she felt the same way on Easter, her father’s birthday, and soon her brother’s 17th birthday.

“A lot of firsts happening and frankly, I HATE IT! I’m angry! I hold it all in pretty well, I’ve mastered the art of compartmentalizing. I may be 25, but I miss my mama so bad my heart hurts,” she began her caption – sharing several photos of her mother and father together. “I MISS YOU MAMA I will forever fight for you.”

The comments section was highlighted by two of Savannah’s biggest supporters (outside of her parents) – her older brother, Chase Chrisley, and her half-sister, Lindsie Chrisley. Chase commented a white heart emoji, while Lindsie wrote, “Two folks obsessed with the others existence. Couldn’t agree more.”

Savannah has two other siblings – an older half-brother, Kyle Chrisley, and a little brother, Grayson Chrisley. Kyle and Lindsie are Todd’s children from a previous relationship, but he shares Grayson, Savannah, and Chase with Julie – who he met in the early-1990s and got married to in May 1996.

Savannah Chrisley Celebrates Brother’s 17th Birthday

On May 16, just two days after Mother’s Day, Savannah Chrisley took to her Instagram to wish her younger brother, Grayson Chrisley, a happy birthday – he’s now 17 years old. “Happy Birthday To my forever bestfriend @graysonchrisley I love you my sweet baby brother,” Savannah wrote in the caption.

She shared a fun fact about her brother. Apparently, Julie Chrisley had her tubes tied after giving birth to Savannah in 1997, but that didn’t seem to matter because she welcomed Grayson to the family nine years later. “And it was the greatest surprises we’ve ever received,” she wrote of his surprise arrival.

“I love you GrayBug… please don’t EVER let anyone dull your shine,” Savannah said, continuing her high praise for her brother. “The world can be cruel – but you are the kindness and love that makes the world a better place. I am so proud of the young man that you are. Your strength and resilience amazes me!”
