As kids around the country go back to school, stars are sharing their own first-day-of-school photos. Recently, Snooki shared an adorable picture of her two eldest children heading out for their big first day back.
Her daughter Giovanna started kindergarten and her son Lorenzo started first grade. Snooki commemorated the start of school with a cute photo of both kids holding signs. Snooki captioned the pic, “& just like that my offspring are spreading their wings…so proud of my babies! Mommy is crying (& cheering I’m free till 3).

In addition to the pic, she shared a video of Giovanna headed into school on her Instagram story, though Giovanna was not into it. “Stop taking video of me!,” she told her mom in the clip.
Fans loved the photo, noting that Giovanna looks just like Snooki, while Lorenzo looks like his dad, Jionni LaValle.
While the kids are at school, Snooki is home with three-month-old Angelo.
Friend and Jersey Shore castmate, JWoww, also shared a photo of her daughter’s first day of school. Her daughter, Meilani Matthews, 5, is headed into kindergarten.
JWoww captioned the pic, “My baby girl @meilanimathews first day of school. We were out late yesterday celebrating her milestone at six flags… and even with limited sleep, she got up, took a tubby, dressed herself (she forgot her zipper). “I love you Mommy. Thank you so much for picking out that pretty dress but I’m 5 now. I can pick my own outfits now…” lorddddd I am not ready for how grown up she is.”
The first day of school is always such a huge milestone, and we love Snooki and JWoww for sharing these special moments with us. Good luck with the school year to both families!
