Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae Young are beyond happy for Christina Haack per her announcement of her engagement.
Christina 38, posted to Instagram on Monday confirming that she was officially engaged to her boyfriend, Joshua Hall.
“We just saw, but congratulations!” El Moussa said to People in a statement soon after the announcement. Young added: “Wow, awesome! We just want nothing but happiness for [Christina and Josh] and nothing but happiness for the kids.”
The “Flip or Flop” star, 38, was spotted in photos hanging out on a balcony a few weeks ago in San Diego, Calif., with her boy dawning a massive diamond ring on her left hand.
Haack claims to have met after now boyfriend after a night of smoking toad venom. Cute meet, right?
She first stirred up rumors that she and Hall were engaged when she accidentally posted a photo of her wearing a diamond ring in August. But at the time she quickly deleted the photo.
This will be Haack’s third marriage. Hack finalized her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead, in June.
The two share custody of their two-year-old son, Hudson. Anstead is currently dating Renée Zellweger.
Haack also shares two children with El Moussa: daughter Taylor, 10, and son, Brayden, 5. She split from El Moussa in 2016. Their divorce was finalized two years later.
Haack revealed how she met Hall for the first time when going public with the relationship.
“When we met this past spring, the synchronicities hit us so hard and fast they were impossible to ignore. I felt immediately crazy protective over him and wanted to keep him for myself and get to know each other before the tornado (media attention) hit,” the mom of three shared to social media.
“I may be a bit crazy and I’m definitely not perfect but I will never live my life based on other people’s judgments or opinions,” Haack continued. “We pride ourselves on never judging others and always wanting others to be happy and we wish others would have the same respect.”
Recently, Haack praised her boyfriend on Instagram in honor of his birthday.
“Happy birthday baby. ???? ❤️ You give me that teenage kinda love vibe and manly protection. It’s a combo for a lifetime of happiness + success. Thank you for reminding me what life and love are like when you put down the technology. I love you Josh.”
