Tyrese Gibson will win back his wife, or so he thinks…
After the 42-year-old posted to his Instagram in December how he was splitting from wife, Samantha Gibson, he is going public about how he isn’t ready to let her go just yet…
Tyrese made the post last weekend, writing in the comments section of an Instagram post shared by Tammy Franklin, which celebrated her anniversary with her husband, Kirk Franklin.
Tyrese addressed his estranged wife — revealing how they looked to the Franklins as “marriage goals,” and hoped he would win her back.
“Happy Happy Happy Anniversary!!!!!! Magic Magic and more magic…..,” Tyrese wrote in his comment, before directing it towards his ex.

“Dear Samantha this was supposed to be us…. remember the franklins was our marriage GOALS!!!!!!!!!!!! Smiling smiling……. I’m gonna get her back watch me! [ I think ].”
The post comes after he had shared news of their split in December.
“We have decided to make a statement of a painful and significant development in our lives,” the statement, shared to Tyrese’s Instagram account, started out.

“After much thought, consideration, and prayer, We unfortunately have made the difficult decision to officially separate & divorce.”
The pair continued, stating: “Our intention is to remain the best of friends & strong [co-parents.] We feel incredibly blessed to have found each other and deeply grateful for the 4 years we have been married to each other.”
“Our journey together has been a ride of both ups & downs, but it’s a journey that neither of us would have chosen to take with anyone else,” the pair added. “We truly have so much love & respect for each other.”
