We all get that Friday feeling when the end of the week rolls around. Katy Perry, who is set to give birth any day now, got into the spirit with a little nudge from partner Orlando Bloom. The “Smile” singer showcases impressive dance moves even at 8 and 1/2 weeks pregnant.
The video, posted to Bloom’s Instagram shows the couple quietly riding in the car together. “Yo honey, what day is it?” his voice asks. Perry rouses from her relaxed spot and jumps out of the car. “Push the Feeling On” begins blaring and the fun begins.

Perry manages to dance while keeping up with the slow-moving car. The result is a hilarious video that the couple will look back fondly on, we’re certain.
Perry and Bloom are expecting a baby girl in the next week or two and we’re happy to see them cutting up right now. As any mother knows, the final leg of pregnancy is exhausting so to see Perry cutting a rug at this point is beyond impressive.
It’s an exciting time for the expecting mom who recently discussed which of her songs she’d like to play for her daughter.
Recently, the singer virtually appeared on SiriusXM’s Celebrity Session to give a live performance and answer fan questions when she opened up about one specific song on her album that she’s most excited to play for her unborn daughter.
Perry explained how the track, “What Makes a Woman,” off her upcoming fifth studio album Smile, has a message she hopes her daughter will keep her close to her heart.
“It’s a song about how you are gonna have a tough time measuring what truly makes a woman because women are so many things,” the artist explained.
“And I like to say not one thing, not just one thing. And such chameleons, and so adaptable, and so malleable and transformative. And can handle the weight of the world on their backs and do it all in heels. And make it look pretty effortless sometimes.”

“So ‘What Makes a Woman’ will be a song that will kind of secretly be dedicated to her,” she revealed.

We were also happy to hear Bloom laughing in the funny video after the loss of his beloved dog.
After spending a full week searching for his beloved dog, The Lord of the Rings actor recently confirmed that his pet was dead. “Mighty’s on the other side now,” he wrote in a heartfelt Instagram post. He paid tribute to his late, furry friend with a touching tattoo of Mighty’s name on his chest.
The new tat also features an ace of spades enclosed in a heart. It was a beautiful way to honor a dog he cared deeply for and also one that Perry had given him as a gift.

We’re glad both Bloom and Perry are in good spirits now and enjoying the final days of the pregnancy. 2020 has been such a crazy year that it was refreshing to see the couple relishing their time together and bringing the laughs.
