Tristan Thompson wants the woman insisting that he is the father of her baby (despite a DNA test he alleges proves otherwise) to pay up for damaging his reputation.
According to new legal docs, Thompson is seeking a default judgment against Kimberly Alexander, the paternity accuser he sued for libel last year.
Thompson wants the judge to penalize Alexander with $100k in damages plus additional costs, claiming the allegations seriously hurt his reputation.
Tristan says he’s a proud, loving, and providing father to 2 children in the documents and further claims Alexander’s false accusations potentially cost him endorsement deals, as companies and brands viewed him as a troubled athlete.
Thompson further claims that if Alexander’s child was his — he would have taken his parental duties seriously, but claims a paternity test proved he’s not the father.

And while Tristan acknowledged he did have sex with Alexandar, he says it was years before she alleges he was dating Khloé Kardashian.
According to new legal documents, Tristan’s default judgment request has been denied due to some “issues” that need to be corrected — whatever that means.
Meanwhile, on KUWTK, Khloé, 36, sat down with a surrogate therapist alongside boyfriend Thompson (who also shares 3-year-old True with Kardashian) to discuss the possibility of using a surrogate to have a second child.

“A few months ago, Tristan and I made embryos, and during that time I was also told that I would not be smart if I carried my second pregnancy, I would be high risk and to explore surrogacy options, so Tristan and I have decided that’s what we’re going to do. I have a surrogate agent who is, you know, sort of filtering through who they think might be the best fit for me and my family,” Khloé explained.
And while their consultation with the surrogate therapy had its fair share of surprises, Thompson seemed to calm Khloé upon learning some of the unique challenges surrogacy poses.
“I know you love to be in control, and you love to have your say and be hands on, but obviously in this situation for us, you kinda have to take a little step back. Of course you can monitor but you know we got to trust the process and know that everything’s gonna be okay and we’re in this together, it’s gonna be just fine,” Tristan told her.
