Britney Spears is apologizing to Justin Timberlake months after releasing her tell all memoir that targets her ex-boyfriend several times.
“I wanna apologize for some of the things I wrote about in my book. If I offended any of the people I genuinely care about I am deeply sorry… I also wanted to say I am in love with Justin Timberlake’s new song “Selfish” ???? It is soo good and how come every time I see Justin and Jimmy together I laugh so hard ??? Ps ‘Sanctified’ is wow ???? too.”
Britney Spears’ memoir hasn’t even been released to the public yet and people are already stunned by the revelations in the book.
One of the most shocking people can’t stop talking about; Britney Spears claims that she was pregnant with Justin Timberlake’s baby sometime between 1999 and 2002. If you recall, Spears and Timberlake dated during that time when they were both at the height of their respective music careers.
In the book Spears writes that after learning she was pregnant, Justin told her he “didn’t want to be a father.”
“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” she wrote.
“But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”
That’s when Spears and Timberlake decided she would get an abortion. They were both still teenagers at the time.
Spears grappled with the decision, adding that she was raised not to get an abortion. TMZ reports that it was a decision that haunted her for years.
Today, Spears is a mom of two, though her relationship with her two sons remains strained.
Timberlake and his camp have yet to respond to the allegations. Spears’ book, The Woman in Me, is set to be released on October 24.
