A source is revealing what Taylor Swift thought of the tweets Brittany Mahomes made about her years ago.
Earlier this year, old tweets shared by Brittany Mahomes, wife of NFL star Patrick Mahomes, went viral. The tweets were from Brittany’s teenage years, and they were about Taylor Swift.

If you made attention to the 2023-24 NFL season at all, then you know Taylor Swift is dating Patrick’s team, star tight end Travis Kelce. Once Swift started attending Chiefs’ game in support of her man, Taylor and Brittany became fast friends.
Taylor and Brittany were often photographed in the suite together and spending some girl time together at various restaurants. Months after their friendship became apparent, internet sleuths unveiled that Brittany wasn’t always a fan of Taylor Swift.
Some of the unearthed tweets revealed that Mahomes wasn’t a fan of Swift “winning everything.” Another revealed Mahomes asking Taylor Swift if she would write songs about something other than boys.
Word allegedly got around to Taylor about the tweets before Brittany was able to delete them. Now a source is revealing to Life & Style how Taylor reacted to the tweets.

The source claims that “Taylor wasn’t happy. She’s used to people saying nasty things about her, but this was someone she’s welcomed into her squad.”
Life & Style further reports that Brittany Mahomes was reportedly “mortified” when her tweets made headlines. “Brittany explained to Taylor that she was just a stupid teenager and how sorry she was,” the source alleged. “Taylor was very understanding and decided to just let bygones be bygones.”
