This is not the first time Josh Duggar has been in hot water, and it is certainly not the last.
Anna Duggar is allegedly set to testify against husband Josh in a lawsuit that accuses him of purchasing land illegally.
Last year, news of Josh’s lawsuit broke and the legal battle is nowhere near over. A man by the name of Carl Echols claims that Josh purchased land for $1,000 a few years ago that Echols had bought in 2006 and had been paying property taxes on.
Josh is currently being sued based on claims he purchased land that belonged to someone else.
While Anna has already given a deposition, she will not have to testify.
Anna Duggar was scheduled to testify in court Wednesday, according to court papers obtained by The Sun.
Josh was also scheduled to do the same at that hearing. This is the latest scandal that has centered around Josh in the past decade.
Josh has been accused of cheating on Anna after it was made public he was involved in the Ashley Madison scandal.

In addition, he allegedly molested four of his sisters when he was a teen.
While Josh is not the defendant, his company, ALB, is. Josh’s case is set to go to trial in April.
