Ashley Graham recently documented her pumping experience in an Uber and mom’s around the globe can’t cheer loud enough!
The multitasking momma is seen casually pumping in the backseat and looking happy with herself.
“Use to answer emails on my Uber rides, now I pump before my breasts explode,” Ashley’s caption read.
While Ashely did post this exact video on her Instagram story, saying it was “very uncomfortable” pumping in the backseat of a stranger’s car, she felt wanted to continue the conversation around breastfeeding and erasing the mom-shame that occasionally comes with it.
This is not Ashely’s first time being vocal when it comes to breastfeeding.
An advocate for starting the conversation surrounding breastfeeding, Ashely is not ashamed to advocate for hard-working mothers everywhere about the taboo subject.
“No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new moms go through. I wanted to show you guys that it’s not all rainbows and butterflies!”
She continues on, sharing how while it has “been tough” it is “unbelievable the obstacles we still face talking about what women really go through.”

Ashely co-parents her little one with filmmaker husband, Justin Ervin.
Reflecting on one of the first moments she held her newborn, Ashley shares:
“I remember holding Isaac for the first time and telling Justin, “Now we’re family forever” I have so many reasons to be grateful; all of the love and support from this amazing community, an incredible husband, and a beautiful baby who has opened my eyes to just how amazing this world really is.”
