Baby Shark is known for many things: the catchy (annoying?) song that gets stuck in your head for days, the baby anthem that dawned a tour and merchandise, and now, a Baby Shark stuffed toy is being credited with saving a child’s life.

“If the bullet would’ve came a couple more inches, it could’ve targeted her,” said the girl’s mother, Tanice, to NBC15.
Madison police distributed a press release that revealed they found 45 shell casings on the scene. Fortunately, no one was injured during the fight. The police have not identified any suspects in the gunfight.
Police spokesman Joel DeSpain told CNN that the 45 shell casings recovered “may very well be a record number of shell casings found after one incident of gun violence.”

“Gun violence is not going to be tolerated in Madison. The people involved in this incident showed reckless disregard to human life, and we are fortunate no one was injured or killed. If anyone knows anything about this, it’s time to speak up,” she continued.
