Candace Cameron Bure Reveals ‘Epic Fail’ Of Her Wedding Anniversary Gift To Husband

Candace Cameron Bure recently shared a hilarious ‘epic fail’ moment right before her 25th wedding anniversary.

The 45-year-old Full House alum revealed a clip to her Instagram Story on June 15 of herself revealing the embarrassing moment.

Just recently, Candace and her husband, Valeri Bure, reached 25 years of marriage on June 22.

Bure went on to admit to fans: “You wanna hear about my epic anniversary fail? My anniversary hasn’t happened yet—it’s next week—but I did an interview promoting the Aurora Teagarden movie. And then they asked about my upcoming anniversary and what I was getting Val.”

Candace went on to reveal why she believed she was safe to give hints about what she had picked out as a gift for her spouse to celebrate their anniversary — or so she thought!

“Val’s not on social media—he doesn’t read press articles or anything,” she shared. “So I thought I was safe saying like, I got him something little that was custom-made, but it wasn’t expensive or extravagant. And so one of his friends texted him the article.”

Val, 47, was shocked about how upfront she was about the gift he had yet to receive.

“So he was like, ‘Babe. Babe, wait,'” Candace recalled. “As he kept reading, he’s like, ‘You didn’t. You didn’t! You didn’t just say that in an interview.’ Oh, I’m so bad at that! Epic fail.”

Just ahead of the pair’s 25-year wedding anniversary next week, Candace posted photos of the two together at Val’s 43rd birthday celebration. “❤️my husband❤️,” Candace captioned the pics. And while she encourages her husband to be affectionate, she recently admitted to Us Weekly how she has PDA boundaries when they’re in front of their three children: NatashaLev and Maksim.

“I actually censor myself a lot more because I do understand that it grosses them out,” Candace revealed to the publication. “So sometimes, we very innocently tease them just with kissing and stuff. They’re like, ‘Please take it somewhere else.’”

But that doesn’t mean Candace won’t stop anytime soon!

“I’m so happy we’re flirting and we have fun together, this is a good thing,” she shared with the same outlet after a photo of Val touching Candace’s breasts last year allegedly upset some of her fans.

Responding to PDA backlash she received back then, Candace took to her Instagram Stories and explained: “It makes me laugh because it’s my husband, we have so much fun together. He can touch me anytime he wants, and I hope he does. This is what a healthy, good marriage and relationship is all about.”
