Chris Pratt is making us all feel really old right now with his recent Instagram post. As you may already know, Pratt is a father of three.
He shares his oldest child, son Jack, with his first wife Anna Faris. He also has two little girls, whom he shares with his current wife Katherine Schwarzenegger.
Chris Pratt Shares Rare Instagram Post About His Son and We Simply Can’t Believe It
Pratt, who actually prefers to be referred to as simple “Pratt” or “CP,” recently took to Instagram to share a photo post about his son Jack. CP is a rather private person especially when it comes to his family and most importantly his children.
However, this special occasion called for an exception to the rule. As it turns out Pratt’s son, Jack, has turn 10 years old! Time really does fly, does it not?
Although Pratt doesn’t share photos of his children on social media, alongside a photo of one of his sheep and its lamb, Pratt wrote a message to his son that might have you in tears.
He wrote, “Happy Birthday to my first born, my smart, handsome, kind hearted, big boy Jack! TEN?!?! WHAAAT!? Double digits!! Hard to believe it’s already been ten years!! You’re the best son, big brother, fisherman, scout, reader, mathematician, imagineer, builder, boxer and buddy a guy could ask for. Love you kid!”
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, in a recent interview, Pratt opened up about the backlash he experienced after welcoming his first daughter into the world with Schwarzenegger. In his statement following her birth, Pratt noted that he was thankful to have welcomed a “healthy” baby girl into his world.
Several misguided individuals slammed Pratt for using the word “healthy” in his statement because Jack was born prematurely and had a lengthy stay in the NICU following his birth. People claimed it was a dig toward his son and first wife, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
In his interview Pratt admitted the backlash made him cry. Thankfully, despite the naysayers, Pratt and his son have a wonderful relationship and we hope Jack had the best birthday ever!
