Some kiddos are more affectionate than others, and we know one mom who has been patiently waiting for some love from her baby boy. That’s right, social media queen Chrissy Teigen is celebrating the fact that she finally scored a first kiss from her one-year-old son, Miles.
The model and cookbook author shared a heart-melting video of their smooch with her Instagram fans, captioning the post, “Finally!! Having a squirmy, busy busy baby is tough. I have been waiting so long for him to give me kisses! 16 months, worth the wait.”

Sweet Miles is seen giving multiple kisses to his mama while sitting in his high-chair. The video made everyone swoon, especially celebrity pals Mindy Kaling, Gwyneth Paltrow, Molly Sims, and Ali Wong.
Chrissy is known for keeping it real as she navigates life with Miles, three-year-old daughter Luna, and her husband, musician John Legend.
The Bring the Funny star has hilariously and honestly documented the ups and downs of parenting, including her three-year-old daughter’s first crush, locking herself in the bathroom for a moment of peace, and coping with postpartum depression.
Here’s to hoping there are many more kisses in this mama’s future from little Miles, aka Baby John.
Did the video of Chrissy Teigen receiving her first kiss from son Miles melt your heart? There’s sort of only one acceptable answer here, people, but let us know in the comments either way!
