Sometimes social media can be a great thing, especially when model Chrissy Teigen shares some of her children’s cutest milestones. Milestones like witnessing 1-year-old Miles getting his first haircut.
On October 6, Teigen took to Instagram to share a video of Miles’ “first haircut” in preparation for a “big shoot tomorrow.” And luckily for the mom of two, the 1-year-old happily sat in the yellow race car and let the stylist trim his sweet little curls as his parents distracted him with toys.

In fact, Miles was so well-behaved that fellow moms began commenting on how lucky she is. A few fans took to the comments section to praise the little boy.
One wrote, “So behaved !! We had to take my son to the dog groomers because he would scream!!” Before another added, “Aww, he’s behaving so well. My son went on a rampage when he got his first haircut.”
Then a mom joked, “My son tears up like we’re genuinely harming him when he gets a haircut… he’s 10.” And people also praised the hairdresser for her work, “He’s doing great!!! And she is a star!!! I took my nephew for his first big boy haircut. The lovely, but very slow, hairdresser took forever. At one pointt he started growling. She was like ‘oh so cute! He’s pretending to be a lion!’ I smiled but was like no… he’s pissed. And then we had the nuclear meltdown.”
However, there were also a lot of fans very concerned about the stylist ridding Miles’ head of all of his precious curls. Thankfully, as Teigen revealed in a second video showing her son telling his fans that he’s “the cutest baby in the world,” Miles’ curls are still very much intact.

And this is far from the first time Teigen shared special moments from Miles’ and Luna’s lives. Remember when Miles said his first word?
Or when he had to wear a correcting helmet, and then graduated from it?
And then there was the time Luna revealed she had her first boyfriend, someone who always “listens to her feelings.”
And you can’t possibly forget about when Teigen got her first kiss from Miles after 16 months of being his mom.
Or when Luna’s first day of preschool was nearly overshadowed by Teigen’s Twitter war with President Trump.
Whether it be a first haircut, first kisses, or first boyfriends, let’s hope Teigen and John Legend never stop sharing their precious children with their fans.
