Los Angeles Rams’ wide receiver, Cooper Kupp, and his wife, Anna Marie Kupp, officially have a family of five! The couple welcomed their third child recently and took to Instagram to share the news with their fans and followers. We don’t have a birth date but we know they had a boy named Solas Reign Kupp.
“Born into his mother’s arms, we are so thankful for the blessing of this third little soul we get to raise up into a man of God!” the Kupp family wrote in a joint Instagram post – while also sharing a verse from the Bible (Numbers 6:24-26) and a photo of the family each placing one hand on the baby boy’s onesie.
“The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace,” they continued. This is the couple’s third son – joining both Cypress Stellar (b. January 17, 2021), and Cooper ‘June’ Jameson (b. July 3, 2018).
The Love Story Between Anna Marie and Cooper Kupp
Cooper Kupp and Anna Marie Kupp are what many people consider ‘relationship goals.’ The couple met in high school at a track and field event – Anna was a talented heptathlete for another school, while Kupp joined his high school team to spend time with friends (he was more interested in playing football).
The lovebirds started dating when they were seniors. He decided to pop the big question in March 2014, despite going to separate colleges – Cooper went to Eastern Washington, while Anna went to Arkansas. While most long-distance relationships don’t succeed, this one would only grow stronger from here.
In an effort to be closer to her fiance, Anna Marie transferred to Eastern Washington University – where Cooper was playing college football – in the fall of 2014 (just a few months after they got engaged). They didn’t wait long before getting married and had a beautiful wedding on June 20, 2015 while still in college.
Two years later Cooper Kupp was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the third round (No. 69 pick) of the 2017 NFL Draft. He has been one of the best wide receivers in the league over the past six seasons – recording 508 catches for 6,329 yards and 46 touchdowns in 80 regular season games played (66 starts).
