911 Call Made By Man Who Saw Brian Laundrie Released: ‘He Said That His Girlfriend Loved Him’

On October 1, a man hiking the Appalachian Trail said that there is no doubt in his mind that he spoke to Brian Laundrie while he was driving a white pickup truck. According to the hiker, as Mamas Uncut previously reported, Dennis Davis said it was around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday when he was attempting a U-turn and an oncoming truck flashed his light at him to let him know he could continue turning.

As Davis continued explaining, “I pulled up alongside of the vehicle. I rolled my window down and I started talking with the gentleman. I could tell right away that something wasn’t right with him.”

Davis said it didn’t register at first but after talking with the man and looking up a picture of Brian Laundrie there is “no doubt in his mind” that the man he talked to was Laundrie. And now Dog the Bounty Hunter, who has been focusing his search on the Appalachian Trail, has been looking into the claims.

Listen to the 911 Call Davis Made:

In an interview with TMZ, Dog the Bounty Hunter says he believes Laundrie is hiding in the Everglades and he also doesn’t believe Laundrie to be suicidal. Dog also added that there is a possibility Laundrie may have “hightailed it” out of the spot he is believed to have been spotted multiple times but would bet against it.

And because he has been in the area for so long, due to the condition, Dog revealed he doesn’t think Laundrie is doing well. Dog added that he wouldn’t be surprised if he’s getting help from someone close to him.

Davis says he also notified the FBI and other authorities of the possible sighting. It’s unclear what they plan to do with the tip.

Brian Laundrie has been missing since September 14. He is currently wanted for bank fraud charges after using someone else’s debit card and PIN number.

Brian disappeared after he arrived back in Florida without his fiancé Gabby Petito. He and Petito were traveling cross-country in a white Ford van before Petito was found dead in Wyoming on September 19.

While her death has been ruled a homicide what exactly happened to Gabby is still unknown. In an interview with NewsNationNow, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg says he believes Laundrie will face more severe charges if he is found alive.
