Georgia Fualaau, the 24-Year-Old Daughter of Vili Fualaau and Mary Kay Letourneau, Announces Pregnancy

Congratulations are in order for the Fualaau family, who will be welcoming a new member to the brood when Georgia Fualaau – the 24-year-old daughter of Vili Fualaau and former sex offender Mary Kay Letourneau – gives birth to her first child. The incoming baby is supposedly due sometime in 2024.

For Vili Fualaau, he’s set to become a grandfather for the first time – which might come as a surprise to some people, considering he just turned 40 years old a few months ago (on June 26, to be exact). Of course, those who know his life story understand why he’s entering grandfatherhood at such a young age.

Vili was just 12 years old when he started having a sexual relationship with his 6th-grade teacher, Mary Kay – who was 34 years old at the time. He was 13 years old when she gave birth to their first child, Audrey Fualaau, and was 15 years old when she gave birth to their second child together – Georgia.

The pregnancy news was made public when Audrey, 26, shared a photo of her and her younger sister at a gender reveal. Audrey was seen kissing her sister’s baby bump and hugging her from behind, while a video captured the moment blue smoke bombs were shot into the air – meaning they’re having a BOY!

“Words cannot explain how excited I am for my little sister to have this baby boy. [Georgia], you’re going to be such an amazing mom! Can’t wait to help raise the little cutie pie,” Audrey wrote in the caption. Georgia wore a flower crown and ‘Mom to Be’ sash, while Audrey was (fittingly) wearing a blue shirt.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE magazine, which was published on Saturday (September 9), Georgia Fualaau expressed how excited she was to be a mother and talked about what this moment would’ve meant to her mother, who passed away of colorectal cancer in 2020 – she was just 58 years old.

“I’ve known since I was about 4 weeks. I’m very excited to become a mother. I have an amazing mother to prepare me for these years to come,” she told PEOPLE. While she knows her mother would ‘be really happy’ to learn of the news, she did admit there would be a little shock at first since Georgia is ‘her baby.’

Georgia Fualaau Has a Strong Support System Around Her

Georgia Fualaau went on to praise her mother’s strict style of parenting for helping to prepare her for motherhood. “She also loved each and every one of her kids in their own way,” Georgia explains. “So I feel like everything she’s taught us, just led to us being able to be amazing parents in the future.”

With that said, Georgia says being pregnant has come fairly easy to her so far – she hasn’t experienced morning sickness and she has been eating a normal diet. She also feels blessed to have the love and support of her sister and father – who already started buying baby stuff and giving her hand-me-downs.

For those who didn’t know, Vili Fualaau welcomed a child of his own last year – a baby girl named Sophia. Not much is known about the baby or the baby’s mother, but it comes at the perfect time as Sophia will be raised alongside her nephew. It might sound weird to some people, but it’s a blessing!

“I was really hoping for a girl. But we’re having a boy, and we don’t have many boys in our family, so it’s a blessing to have a boy,” Georgia said in her interview – adding that she and her boyfriend (who have been together for six years now) have talked about marriage, but she confirms there is no ring just yet.
