Update: Alec Musser’s cause of death has been revealed. According to TMZ, Musser died by suicide, specifically a gunshot wound to the chest.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office told TMZ that the fitness and movie star was discovered already deceased by his fiancée inside their Del Mar, CA home on January 13. Paige, his fiancée, immediately called 911 and first responders confirmed he had already passed on.
A beloved soap star has died unexpectedly. According to reports, Alec Musser, best known for his role on All My Children, has passed away.
Musser was just 50 years old and set to marry his longtime partner, Paige Press. Paige took to her Instagram Story to announce the news of Messer’s unexpected passing.
She shared several pictures of their life together, writing, “I’ll never stop loving you. Today is the worst day of my life. We were so happy.”
She continued, “You were the best fiancè I could ever ask for. I am never taking my ring off. I love you forever.”
His cause of death was not immediately known to the public. This is a developing report.
Actor Adam Sandler, a longtime friend of Alec’s, took to Instagram as well to share his condolences:
“I loved this guy. Cannot believe he is gone. Such a wonderful, funny good man. Thinking of Alec Musser and his family and sending all my love. A true great sweetheart of a person,” Adam wrote.
