Jenelle Evans lost custody of her children weeks ago, but that hasn’t stopped her from sharing photos of happier family moments on social media. On Tuesday, Jenelle shared a series of photos of her husband, David Eason, sweetly hugging their daughter Ensley (2). Evans blocked any comments from being posted on the photos.
The photos followed a lonely Father’s Day for Eason, who did not have a supervised visit with Ensley over the weekend. He and Evans spent the day on a boast off the coast of North Carolina.

Evans and Eason lost custody of Ensley, as well as of Evans’ two oldest children, after Eason violently shot and killed the family dog. Evans’ mom, Barbara, is currently caring for her son, Jace, 9, and Ensley. Her ex, Nathan Griffith, currently has custody of her son, Kaiser. Since losing custody of the children in May, Evans and Eason have attended couples therapy and parenting classes as strongly recommended by the courts.
Following the family photos, Evans posted another “#homesteading” video showing her kids and Eason caring for pigs and piglets on the farm.
Last week, Evans shared a video of her children and Eason caring for chicks. The video received many negative comments, with fans saying she shouldn’t be sharing footage of her kids with animals after they were removed from her care as a result of their dog being killed. Evans disabled comments for the video on both Instagram and YouTube.
