As you (hopefully) know by now, Katy Perry is expecting her first child this summer with fiancé Orlando Bloom. Perry announced the pregnancy back in March when she revealed her baby bump in her “Never Worn White” music video.
It was not long after that the two confirmed they would be having a baby girl — with Katy posting a picture of Orlando covered in pink cake frosting.
This past Tuesday when speaking with Scott Mills on BBC Radio 1, Katy revealed her crush on the One Direction boys.
And while she refused to pick a favorite, it was made clear her heart was skipping for Harry Styles, saying “I love him and what he stands for.”
Cut to Katy telling Harry she was pregnant.

Katy bumped into Harry on a flight a few months back, pre-pandemic.
It was actually on that same flight where she told Harry the big news, which she later revealed was “off the cuff” because she was so star-struck.
“I saw him on a plane, it was so funny,” she told Scott Mills. “I actually saw him on a plane before I announced that I was pregnant and we were having a conversation and I was like, ‘Yeah, and I’m pregnant.’ Just like, off the cuff ’cause I was like, what else do you say?”

And like the chivalrous man he is, Harry quickly jumped out of his seat to offer it to Katy despite her own seat being just across from his own.
Katy shared: “I was like, crouching down by his seat on the plane and once I had told him that, he got up out of his seat and he’s like, ‘Here, sit in my seat.’ And I’m like, ‘No, I’ll just go sit in my own seat which is right across the way.'”
“He was so happy for me. He was so sweet,” Katy continued: “He’s a complete gentleman.”
