Her children, River Rose, 5, and Remington, 3, visited their mom on set last month, running on stage during her “Kellyoke” segment to shower her with hugs and kisses. The kids ran on stage as Clarkson was performing a cover of Rihanna’s “Only Girl (In the World).”

“This is my favorite girl in the world,” Clarkson said happily as she gave her daughter a hug. Her son Remington, or Remy, joined soon after.
“I love you two. Thank you for visiting me at work. I’ll see y’all at home, OK,” she said, before asking them for goodbye kisses.

The brother-sister pair also appeared on the show during Kelly’s interview with Jason Momoa. River took the opportunity to ask the Aquaman star if he knew The Little Mermaid.
“Ariel? Yes. Ariel’s very sweet. She’s very nice,” Momoa responded.
He also gave Remy some insight into redheads. “She’s also a redhead. I’m gonna teach you about redheads someday. They’re very passionate, very passionate people.”
River also wondered where Aquaman went to the bathroom. The answer? “Everywhere,” joked Momoa.
We can’t wait to see what River and Remy are up to next!
When I’m not hanging out with my three-year-old and husband in Brooklyn, I’m busy writing stories for Mamas Uncut and managing PR + Marketing for Magnolia Bakery, based in New York City. On weekends, you can usually find me at a local park or playground pushing my daughter on the swings, “researching” the best almond croissants in Park Slope or launching into impromptu family dance parties at home, the sidewalk or, every once in awhile, a restaurant bathroom. I’m still trying to master the whole parenting thing, but I have learned that copious amounts of coffee, humor and humility are involved on a daily basis.
Mamas Uncut is THE online place for moms. We cover the latest about motherhood, parenting, and entertainment as well – all with a mom-focused twist. So if you're looking for parenting advice from real parents, we have plenty of it, all for moms from moms, and also experts. Because, at the end of the day, our mission is focused solely on empowering moms and moms-to-be with the knowledge and answers they’re looking for in one safe space.
