Kelly Osbourne Will Change Her Son’s Name After Massive Fight With Her Son’s Father

Kelly Osbourne has made the decision to change her son’s name after a fight with her partner Sid Wilson.

Osbourne opened up about the disagreement with Sid over their son’s name on her family’s podcast, calling it “the biggest fight me and my baby’s father have ever, ever, ever had, and probably ever, ever, will.”

The new mom has been very open about her new role and how much she enjoys it, calling it “the best thing that has ever happened to me.” Which is why she feels so passionate about this issue.

According to Osbourne the fight began after she told Sid she wanted their son, Sidney, to have both of their last names. The reason why this change is so important to her is because “we both made our child.”

“I wanted our son to have both of our last names, and he wouldn’t let me. We had a huge fight. I feel that I was forced into doing something I didn’t wanna do,” Kelly admitted revealing Sidney currently only has “Wilson” listed on his birth certificate.

Kelly reveals that “Sid comes from a really traditional English family,” suggesting that’s where his unwillingness to change their son’s last name steamed from.

“Right now, my son doesn’t have a double-barreled last name. But, after lots of eye-opening conversations and some couples therapy, he has seen the light. We are going to legally change our son’s name to have both of our last names.”

Kelly added, “We both made our child, so he should have both of our last names.” To which Ozzy added, “It’s crazy that the person who grew that child inside of them didn’t have the same name.”
