Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s broken marriage takes a disturbing and scary turn and it was all caught on police body cameras. Take a look:
After the video of their latest argument went viral, which included Kroy accusing Kim of cheating on him, Kim released a statement, her first real statement addressing what has been going on between her and Kroy.
“I would like to respond to the video that took place and was recently released by the Milton Police Dept.,” she begins.
“The comments made in the body cam footage from Kroy who is obviously enraged are untrue,” the 45-year-old exclusively tells us. “I vehemently deny any allegation that I have been unfaithful to Kroy at any point in our 12-year marriage. Any claim to the contrary is downright false, baseless, and slanderous. I have tried not to speak on these hurtful allegations, but I am at a breaking point with this and I will not stay silent when my character is being assassinated.”
“Any other allegations made from any videos that are in the press will be addressed by my legal team at an appropriate time. To all my fans and supporters that have stood by me— I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate you.”
After reports revealed that things got so nasty between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann that their children had to call 911, body cam footage from that call has been made public. Watch it for yourself below:

The video shows the couple’s oldest daughter, Brielle Biermann, talking with the responding officers on the porch of their home with the door closed. Brielle confirms several of her siblings phoned 911 for help after their parents began to argue. “I heard chaos and my first instinct now is to call 911,” Brielle told the officers.
It was clear the police officers had been dealing with the Biermanns for quite some time.
People in the comments slammed Kim and Kroy for their behavior with young kids still in their home. “Kim and Kroy should be embarrassed,” one commenter wrote, while another slammed the family for abusing 911.
“They need to be charged for all the abuse of calling 911 when nothing is happening this is crazy.” “Them making Brielle deal with the cops is crazy,” another wrote.
Things are getting bad again for the Biermann family after the police are called to the reality stars’ home again.
This time, it wasn’t Kim or Kroy who dialed 911 but their own young children. Heartbreaking.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, this particular 911 call comes after months of back and forth regarding their impending divorce. It’s been reported that despite their tumultuous relationship, the estranged couple is still living together in the home Georgia home that was almost foreclosed on earlier this year.
As TMZ reports, Kim and Kroy’s children allegedly called the police after their parents got into a brutal verbal argument. According to the source, three law enforcement officers and a supervisor arrived on the scene, and the fight was described as “extremely loud.”
According to TMZ, the police were able to calm the couple down. It’s unclear what state the children were in when help arrived.
A couple of weeks ago, Kroy and Kim seemed to be on the right track despite their impending divorce as the couple celebrated their wedding anniversary together at a restaurant. Now it seems that is no longer the case.
As Mamas Uncut reported back in October, police were forced to intervene during a dispute the pair had inside their home before. As reports allege, Kroy Biermann reportedly locked Kim out of the main bathroom of their home.
After refusing to come out, Kim Zolciak called 911. The 911 call, which has been obtained and shared by TMZ, reveals Kim telling the operator that Kroy had been “threatening” her and that he will not come out of the bathroom.
“This is insane to me,” Kim continues, adding that she needed to hire a locksmith to help her get into her bedroom in order to get her medicine.
“I’m so tired of being treated this way. This person is disgusting,” Kim told the operator, seemingly referring to Kroy. Then Kim seems to start talking to someone else, as a man’s voice becomes audible.
“I’m not partaking in your behavior. I’m tired of your threatening me. Open the door, this is my house too. You don’t own this house, Kroy. I have been more than accommodating.”
When asked if anyone has access to weapons, Kim says, “Kroy has guns. I don’t know what he does with them. They’re locked up in a safe probably.”
She then starts talking to Kroy again, saying she just wants into her room. “I don’t want anything to do with you.”
When asked if she was in danger, Kim says “yes” and claims Kroy has been physical with her before. Kim then confirmed that their children were in her house but that they were asleep.
Kim then continues to discuss Kroy saying that he doesn’t even have a job to be paying for their house. TMZ also obtained body cam footage of the police responding to the call. You can watch that below:
While it may have seemed like the pair was working on their relationship, Kim told the police she hasn’t wanted to be with Kroy for a “very long time.” Kim then gets emotional as the police ask her to compromise with Kroy.
Police then get into a verbal altercation with Kroy who refuses to open the door to the bedroom because he believes his safety will be in jeopardy.
On July 7, two months after announcing their decision to divorce and filing papers to make it official, reality stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had a change of heart it seems.
Then on August 24, People reported that Kroy Biermann had left Kim again, filing for divorce for the second time. Similarly to the first time he filed for divorce, Biermann again claimed that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Kim’s reaction to the new divorce filing is unclear. Although the above information makes it more so.
It’s unclear what the estranged couple plans to do in the future regarding their children and their living arrangements.
