The loss of a pregnancy is so very difficult. Lauren Duggar is sharing her experience with miscarriage to shed light on the issue that affects so many families.
She shared a heartbreaking post on Instagram, that should offer some hope to others. Although it’s a difficult subject, it’s truly incredible that the Counting On star is using her platform to help other women.

In the post, Lauren offers a look at clothes and other items for her daughter-to-be in a basket.
Lauren captioned the haunting image with a hopeful message:
“Sending love this month to any parent who has lost a baby. Losing a little life at any stage is heartbreaking and devastating and should not go unnoticed. For all you mamas, yes, even you mamas who’s arms have never had the chance to hold your babies — you’re a Mama! Remember, that you are loved. You are a warrior. You are not alone. You are not forgotten.”
Lauren and Josiah revealed the news of their miscarriage earlier this year.
In addition to sharing their experience on the show, Counting On, the couple also has been very open online and have kept fans updated along the way.
The couple posts updates to Instagram for fans, but also, young families who are trying to figure it all out.
Lauren shared this emotional message about her pregnancy loss:
“Our expectations of setting up a baby room, hearing the heart beat, feeling the baby’s first kick in mommys tummy, holding our little one and getting to to see our precious baby were — Shattered. Gone. Right before our eyes. Even though our sweet child is no longer with us, it is such a comfort to know that one day we will get to see our baby in Heaven!”
It must have been a dark time for the couple. We’re excited that fate has intervened and they will be bringing a little one into the world soon.
Lauren’s current pregnancy seems to be going really well.
The happy couple is expecting a baby girl next month and we’re absolutely thrilled for them!
Lauren Duggar acknowledges other mothers who’ve dealt with a miscarriage and experienced the same heartbreak. We’re happy she’s healing and preparing for her baby girl.
We’re rooting for these soon-to-be-parents! We can’t wait to meet their baby girl!
