“My love. My life. My family. My future,” Lohan, 35, wrote on Instagram while showing off her new engagement ring to a post on Instagram early Sunday morning.

The actress-singer and Shammas look giddy grinning ear to ear in the series of four photographs. Lohan’s engagement ring can be seen in every single shot.

Shammas is the Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse in Dubai, where Lohan has lived for the past seven years. The two have been dating for two years and have manged to keep their relationship out of the limelight. That being said, Lohan did post a picture of the two together to Instagram in February of 2020 but has since deleted it.

He confirmed their engagement by retweeting his fiancée’s announcement on Twitter.

But can we talk about that stunning ring?! Apeksha Kothari, the COO of Rare Carat, speculates how the square-shaped center stone of Lohan’s ring is estimated to be approximately six carats.

“With high color and high clarity, I would estimate the retail value at a cool quarter of a million dollars – $250,000,” shared.

In addition, Mike Fried, who is the CEO of The Diamond Pro, said he believes the band “looks to be made of platinum or white gold” and that the diamond is “likely a radiant cut, cushion cut or princess cut.”

“The biggest difference is that this time she didn’t have to pay for the ring herself,” the CEO revealed.

So who is the lucky guy?

Shammas is a financier who we know currently works as the Assistant Vice President at banking firm Credit Suisse. Previously, he worked as an associate with BNP Paribas Wealth Management. Lohan’s soon-to-be-hubby earned a degree in 2010 from the University of South Florida in Mechanical Engineering and eventually received a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from John H. Sykes College of Business.

This will be Lohan’s second engagement. Previously, she was set to wed Russian millionaire Egor Tarabasov before they parted ways in 2016.

Lohan is set to play opposite of Chord Overstreet in a currently untitled Netflix Christmas movie.
