Macklemore and his wife Tricia Davis have welcomed a baby boy!
This past Tuesday, Sept. 14, Tricia posted a sweet photo to Instagram holding her and Macklemore’s newborn son Hugo, revealing the little one boy arrived over a month ago.
“Six weeks ago in the shadow of the Buck Moon,” she wrote, adding moon face and deer emojis, “this beautiful human came into our lives. He arrived rooted and calm, mostly just observing the two whirling dervishes around him… Welcome home Hugo [relieved face emoji] May you crush the distorted masculine and awaken the divine.”
And while Macklemore, 38, has yet to post about the little one on his own social media accounts, he DID comment on his wife’s post with a heart emoji.
Back in April, Tricia revealed the pregnancy on her Instagram Story by sharing a shot of her baby bump, along with the message, “Summer baby.”

Macklemore, whose real name is Benjamin Haggerty, and his wife welcomed daughter Sloane Ava Simone Haggerty in April. Two months later, they were married. The two welcomed a second daughter named Colette Koala Haggerty in 2018.
In a 2017 interview with E! News, Macklemore couldn’t say enough about fatherhood and how it affected him.
“When you bring another life into this world, it does something,” he said at the time. “It changes you in this magical way that I have never experienced before.”
He continued on, admitting he was “happier” and “more fulfilled” since Sloane’s arrival.

Who else gave birth to a little boy this summer?! Shawn Johnson.
Johnson and hubby Andrew East welcomed a little boy on July 20, and now, they want the world to meet him too!
This past week, Johnson posted a series of black-and-white photos taken by Gabrielle Hopkins that capture the sweet little family with their newborn babe, whose name has yet to be revealed!
“Welcome to the world little man! We love you so much!” the 29-year-old wrote alongside the snaps, which include a sweet moment shared with toddler sister, Drew.
Johnson also posted the new photos to her Instagram stories, as well as attached a new Youtube video to the family’s channel capturing the moments leading up to their son’s birth. In the clip, viewers can see the couple’s sweet first moments with their little boy, who entered the world at a whopping 9 pounds 13 ounces and 21 inches long.
