Eight months ago, Mama June revealed that she was married again. This time to a man named Justin Shroud.

Now, the world is getting a glimpse of June and Justin’s nuptials, which also included June’s four daughters. While it was reported several months ago that June and Justin have been legally married since March 2022, the couple only just now exchanged vows over this past weekend.

According to a press release published by WEtv, June and Justin celebrated their married with an “intimate oceanfront ceremony.” And June was so excited to have her children and all of her grandchildren with her for this special moment.

“This was the first time the family had all been together since 2014,” June shared. “So it was really special to get married in a place where my family and I have had so many memories!”

June revealed her dress, which boasted many delicate details, was from David’s Bridal. “We wanted to have a small and very intimate wedding, so we didn’t have any groomsmen or bridesmaids. All four of my girls walked me down to Justin, and his mom walked him down the aisle.”

As Mamas Uncut previously reported back in 2022, a deputy clerk for the Wilkinson County court office confirmed to E! News that June Shannon and her partner Justin Stroud were married!

The promising news comes after Mama June revealed she dumped her ex-boyfriend Geno Doak after a years-long tumultuous relationship. One that involved heavy drug use, domestic assault, all of which lead to a public arrest back in 2019.

If you’ve been following Mama June on TikTok you likely already got a glimpse of Justin and Mama June together. The couple seems happy and enjoy pulling pranks on each other.

While talking with Mama June in September 2022, TooFab revealed she met Justin, who is nearly eight years younger than she is, last year and they became friends first. “I actually met him on TikTok,” she revealed. 

“People were coming in and out of my life and God opened up that door. You know, I’m not a bible thumper, but sometimes God opens those doors a couple of times and you never want to walk through them. So when I finally did, Justin came into my life when we both needed each other.”

In a separate interview with E! News, Mama June admitted, again, that Justin came into her life when she needed him the most. She said it was the little things he did that made her feel good about herself and about a potential life with him.

He had no idea what I was going through,” she shared. “He was texting me, ‘Hey, how you doing? I was thinking about you today. Hopefully, you have an amazing day.’ And those small little text messages when you’re going through some trauma in your life, you don’t realize how much it is.”

Mama June also revealed she is still on her sober journey. She has revealed she been sober for almost two years now.

While June’s relationship with Geno cause a lot of riffs between her and her daughters, Pumpkin and Honey Boo Boo. It appears as though her daughters are supportive of her marriage to Justin.

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, over the last couple of years, Honey Boo Boo has lived with Pumpkin, Pumpkin’s husband, and their children while June dealt with her addictions. June has since revealed that her relationship with Honey Boo Boo is on the mend.

“Our relationship is going good. You’ll see that throughout the season. She is turning 17 in August. So that’s the thing, she is graduating next year. A lot of people still look at her as that 6-year-old little girl, but she’s [grown up].”
