Many kids are home from school and many parents are working for home. The combination makes for crazy – and often stressful – days.

Also staying at home with her family is singer Pink, who recently shared some advice with her fans who are in the same boat she is while practicing social distancing. The singer, who is mom to Jameson Moon Hart and Willow Sage Hart, took to Instagram to share a video documenting how she’s attempting to stay organized during this uncertain time.

“Hi, everybody. Say hi, Wills. We’re sending our love from home, I wanted to share something really cool that a friend sent to me,” Pink said in part one of the videos. “It’s [about] how to make a schedule for your family. So I did that this morning with Willow’s help and that’s her favorite part, bedtime can be nine if…all kids follow the schedule and don’t fight!”

Pink Shares How She Keeps Up With Her Kids’ Work From Home Schedules

“So we wake up before 9 a.m. We go on our morning walk if we can, or yoga if it’s raining. Academic time, creative time, lunch, chore time—today Willow vacuumed. Quiet time, Willow just taught me a game of card, academic time is now, so she’s got this cool new game on her iPad. And then we’re going to get some afternoon fresh air, then dinner. Then free TV time which she’s very excited about and then bedtime at 8 p.m. or 9 p.m., depending on whether you don’t fight with your brother. Right?”

Pink is currently holed up at home in California, which is one of the many states who’ve made the decision to close schools while our healthcare workers attempt to get things under control. And Pink isn’t the only parent sharing advice on how to maintain a successful daily routine for the family.

Many sample schedules have been posted on social media over the past few days, with some being a bit more realistic than others. In addition to Pink’s great advice, we love @imomsohard’s hilarious take on parenting while working from home and managing e-learning programs.

But here’s the bottom line: Do the best you can during these crazy times. Play, laugh and enjoy the time together. Anybody can earn an “A” in those subjects!
