A pregnant Joy-Anna Duggar and husband, Austin Forsyth took fans on a video tour of their home with a little help from their son Gideon. They recently opened up their Arkansas home on their YouTube channel, ‘Follow the Forsyths.’
The visibly pregnant Joy-Anna recently announced that she and Austin were pregnant with their second child. The couple is expecting a baby girl in August. Take a look at the beautiful home of two stars from Counting On.
Joy-Anna and Austin have built a beautiful home for their family.
“Welcome to our home! We’ve put a lot of love and work into it and although we still have a few projects left to finish, [it’s] HOME!” the pair captioned the new video.
Before moving into the spacious home, Joy-Anna and her family called an RV home. Austin, who is a contractor, was put to work remodeling the home and Joy-Anna documented that process on her Instagram account.
Joy-Anna’s three-bedroom and three-bath home features an open floor plan.
In 2019, Joy-Anna shared a series of videos and photos announcing the family’s plans to fix up their newly purchased home. “WE BOUGHT A HOUSE and YES! We plan to settle down and live in this one for [a while]!” she wrote at the time. “After a year and a half of camper living we’re so ready!!! I love living in the camper, but I’m ready for more space and a little more organization!”
She detailed the plans, writing, “This house has 3 beds and 3 baths and its a very open floor plan!
We are just fixing up the basics… flooring, trim, new countertops, & fresh paint!”
In the home tour video, you can see all of the hard work paid off.
The house was complete enough for the family to move into it this past December, but both Austin and Joy-Anna agree in the video that there are still some unfinished projects (and honestly, we can all relate to that).
“We have these big floor-to-ceiling drapes which I love,” Joy-Anna says as she hosts the tour. “I was kind of going back-and-forth if I should get white or a different color, but I really love how the white just brightens up the whole room.”

Joy-Anna’s home is filled with plants and she admits that she loves ‘greenery.’
Joy-Anna openly admits that she loves having plants in her home but that she’s trying to nurse a few of them back to health. “I love plants. I have a few over on the floor there that I’m trying to keep alive, but it’s not really going very well,” she says.
In the home’s large kitchen, Joy-Anna talks about her family’s routine. “I love this bar. We eat more of our meals here at the bar than we do actually at the table just because it is so convenient,” she says.

Joy-Anna says that the house will not be the family’s forever home.
In the video, she describes how she and Austin decided to upgrade to granite countertops. She and Austin plan on selling the home in five years but wanted to “get some use” out of the nice counters before that happens.
After Joy-Anna, Austin takes over the hosting duties to conclude the tour which includes a trip to the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, the laundry room, and baths. Each is punctuated by the antics of the family’s happy 2-year-old who can be seen bouncing on beds and having a wonderful time.
As part of the tour, Austin reveals that the bedframe in the master bedroom was constructed from a cherry tree that fell over shortly after purchasing the property. This is a wonderful touch and we suspect the bed will be in the family for quite some time.
We know from the posts on their social media accounts, that the home was a big project that took a lot of hard work. We’re happy the couple shared a look at the fruits of their labor. The modest home will be welcoming a new member in a few months and we’re thrilled for this young family.
