After obtaining a court filing made by Robert Kardashian, People is reporting that Blac Chyna allegedly put a gun to the father of her child’s head. According to the filing, Kardashian says the incident occurred back in 2016.
In the filing, the father of one states that Chyna pointed a gun at him multiple times on Dec. 14, 2016. Not only that, but he also claims that his ex-girlfriend attempted to choke him with a phone cord as well. People then shared an excerpt from the filing.
“She used my phone to FaceTime my friend Victory and while we were on FaceTime with him, Chyna pointed the gun at me and threatened me,” the 33-year-old said in his declaration. “About 20 or 30 minutes later, Chyna came to the guestroom, still holding the gun and FaceTimed my friend Eugene. When we were on FaceTime, Chyna pointed the gun at my head and threatened me. She also threatened Eugene.”

Kardashian said that he believed Chyna wanted to inflict real bodily harm to him that night, adding that he “feared for my life.” The 33-year-old went on to say that he did not find the threats funny and also claimed that Chyna was drunk and high at the time.
“I believed that she could kill me, intentionally or because she [was] in such a drunken/high state that she could slip up and shoot me accidentally,” the filing read. “When Chyna is drunk and high, she is very strong. As the night went on and she became more and more intoxicated, her behavior escalated and she became very violent and aggressive.”
After attempting to give Chyna some space, he reportedly retreated to his room where she then broke in and hit him with a metal rod. It was then that his mom, Kris Jenner‘s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, came by to pull Chyna off of Kardashian. Gamble corroborated his story, saying he found Chyna “a very agitated state and attacking Rob with her fists.”
After publishing its findings, Chyna’s legal team issued a statement to People regarding Rob’s claims. “Rob also admitted that he never feared for his life and actually thought it was ‘funny’ when Chyna teased him while holding Rob’s unloaded gun.” The statement continued by saying that Chyna never attacked Kardashian with a metal rod or a phone cord, but that what had transpired that night was a “raucous and flirty time.”
“The problem for Rob is there is not one shred of evidence to prove his false allegations. In fact, Rob has admitted under oath that he sustained no injuries, did not require any medical attention, and did not seek any help from law enforcement,” Chyna’s attorney told People. “There was no ‘violent attack.’”
Chyna and Kardashian share a 2-year-old daughter, Dream, together. Since the pairs split, the couple has found it difficult to co-parent together despite three of his five sisters being exceptionally good at it. They are currently in the midst of an ugly custody battle.
