The Hanson family is one to the next baby, #7 to be exact!
Taylor Hanson and wife Natalie Hanson are expecting another bundle of joy. Hanson, 37, announced the news via Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
“The best kind of unexpected,” the Hanson band member posted alongside a photo of the happy couple. “Number seven coming this December. #2020.”
But the sex of the child or the exact due date was yet to be revealed.
The announcement comes less than two years after Taylor and Natalie welcomed their son Claude Indiana Emmanuel.

The pair are also parents to Jordan Ezra, 17; Penelope Anne, 15; River Samuel, 14; Viggo Moriah, 11 and Wilhelmina “Willa” Jane, 7, whom they raise in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Taylor, who also comes from a big family, is one of seven children. In addition, his kids also have a lot of cousins. His brother and bandmate, Isaac Hanson, has three children, while the third member and fellow sibling, Zac Hanson, has four. And their brother, Mac Hanson, is also about to become a father for the first time.

“They know what we do is different, but it’s not different in the sense that we are ‘kind of a big deal’ different,” Taylor revealed to Today back in 2017. “And we know being in Tulsa, it’s even clearer. It’s not like there are other dads in bands leaving on tour tomorrow. I think they get that, but they also get how that doesn’t come easily and we work hard.”
And of course, the little ones seem to inhert their parent’s musical talent as well — as Taylor revealed to the news organization how all of his kids are learning to play instruments.
“There is definitely musicality and artistry in the genes,” Zac added. “So, we will see what it becomes.”
