WBAY, who obtained the criminal complaint, reported that also inside the bucket, which was covered by a towel, was the victim’s genitals as well. Nearby the bucket was a storage tote that contained his upper torso and a mattress stained with blood.

The victim’s age has been reported as 25, his identity has also not been revealed. Now, 24-year-old Taylor Denise Schabusiness, who is also from Wisconsin has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilation of a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault.

Detectives learned that Schabusiness was the last person to see the victim alive. She was detained while blood still dried on her clothing.

When she was questioned by the police, Schabusiness claimed that she and the victim had been smoking meth and returned to his mother’s home to engaged in sexual activity. At the home, they decided to use chains as they got physical with each other.

That’s when Schabusiness told police she “blacked out” and “went crazy.” She claimed she didn’t mean to kill the victim but started to enjoy choking him.

After getting “paranoid and lazy,” she “said she used knives that she obtained from the kitchen of the residence and that a bread knife worked the best because of the serrated blade.” Schabusiness went on to tell police where they may find the victim’s body parts.

While dismembering the body, she claimed she thought “that the police were going to have fun trying to find all of the organs.”

Assistant District Attorney Caleb Saunders called the homicide “one of the most serious offenses we had in this county in some time.” While speaking to the judge regarding Schabusiness’s bail, Saunders said, “I think the facts alleged are extremely concerning and disturbing and go to the violent nature and grave nature of the offense.”

Prosecutors believe Schabusiness is a flight risk as she has ties to Texas. Her bail has been set to $2 million as she is held in the Brown County Jail.
