Popstar Ciara is pregnant with baby number three! The announcement comes just several months after her husband publicly asked her for another child.
The singer revealed the exciting news on Instagram with a picture of her growing bump. She paired the photo with a simple caption that read, “Number 3.” The photo was taken by her husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson.

Wilson shared the news on his Instagram as well, using the same caption. To announce the news, he chose a sun-filled selfie showing Ciara and her baby bump in the background.
Ciara and Russell Wilson Reveal Baby Number 3 Is on the Way
The couple was on vacation in the Turks and Caicos which served as the stunning backdrop for the announcement photo.
Ciara had recently opened up to Extra about wanting to have more children. She said, “Oh, you know, if you ask him, we’re talking eight babies,” joking about how many children Wilson would like. “You know, we’ll just go one day at a time, but I definitely look forward to having more kids…we got time for that.”
The couple is already parents to 2-year-old Sienna Princess and 5-year-old Future Zahir, whom Ciara shares custody of with her ex-fiancé, Future. In May, Wilson shared a video of his blushing bride on Instagram in celebration of Mother’s Day. In the video, he brought up the idea of having a third child.
Ciara and Wilson began dating in 2015 and married in July 2016 at Peckforton Castle in Cheschire, England. In October of that year, Ciara announced she was pregnant with the couple’s first child together. They welcomed their daughter, Sienna, on April 29, 2017.

In addition to raising their children together and preparing for the arrival of their newest bundle of joy, Ciara and Wilson are busy with work.
Last year, Wilson became the highest-paid athlete in the NFL after signing a $140 million contract with the Seattle Seahawks. At the same time, the couple also announced a new production company, Why Not You Productions.
