If you didn’t know already, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are expecting baby number 3-!
The two, who are also parents to Luna, 4, and Miles, 2, revealed the news in John’s video for “Wild” how they were pregnant and just last week, Chrissy slipped that they knew it is a boy!
During an Instagram story Chrissy told fans: “The baby is really, really healthy and he’s big. Oops! I’m stupid.”
“Hahahahaha might as well tell you,” she wrote in the caption.
That being said, this particular pregnancy has not been easy. Not only did she find out she was pregnant during her breast implant removal surgery, she also has been put on serious bed rest after discovering her placenta was “weak” and “high risk.”
“I’m feeling really good, but my placenta is really, really weak and it’s causing me to really bleed a lot,” Chrissy said during an Instagram story. “So, basically, it’s just pretty high risk.”
“My placenta sucks,” she continued. “It’s always been kind of the bad part of my pregnancies. With Luna, with Miles — it just stopped feeding him, taking care of him, I was stealing all of his food because I was getting huge, but he wasn’t getting big at all. So, he had to come out early and Luna had to come out early. I was induced both times.”
“We just have to get my placenta healthy again and that means not moving,” Chrissy added. “So I’m on complete and total don’t-get-out-except-to-pee bed rest.”

Chrissy revealed this week how things had not improved, explaining how she was tweeting about “stupid shit” as she did not have the mental capacity for anything else during the complications.
She then went on to tell her followers how she had to indefinitely postpone the release of her upcoming cookbook along with Chrissy’s Court for the health of her baby.
Later that day, however, Chrissy posted a sweet 3D sonogram of her son with a sweet message:
“Hi my sweet strong boy,” she wrote in the caption. “You are working so hard, I promise it’ll be worth it!!!”
