Actress Beverley Mitchell is sharing exciting news with her fans via Instagram. The former 7th Heaven star is expecting her third child with husband Michael Cameron.
“We finally got our gold at the end of the rainbow!!!!” wrote the actress. “We are pregnant with our rainbow baby.” Beverley has been open about experiencing a miscarriage a little over a year ago and shared her gratitude for this healthy pregnancy on social media.

“The road hasn’t always been easy but it is so worth it! It has been far but scarier this time around but just got a great checkup so we are feeling lucky,” Beverley wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of her positive pregnancy test.

The mom-of-two shared her grief after her miscarriage on her website Growing Up Hollywood. “A few months back Michael and I were thrilled, we had just found out we were pregnant, and though we were surprised, we were excited,” she wrote at the time.
“It didn’t take long before we began to prepare for a life filled with more little people in it. And much to our surprise, we came to find out it was twins! After our shock, came acceptance and excitement.”

She went on to say that she was initially in a state of shock when she found out the heartbreaking news. “A few weeks later, our new dream of our growing family came crashing down; we had a miscarriage. This was a shock.”
“Honestly, my first instinct was to say I was fine, and to be honest; I was trying to be,” Beverley continued. “I thought I had to be, for my family, for myself. I had to jump on a plane and go to work being surrounded by babies and kids while I was still miscarrying. That was interesting.”
Although tough, Beverley continued on for the sake of her family. And now, they are basking in the joy of their most recent pregnancy. Congratulations to this strong mama, we can’t wait to see updates and pregnancy pics!
