So here is the theory. On July 24, Taylor Swift surprised her fans by releasing her 8th studio album with no warning.
In one of the 16 songs on the Folklore album, Swift uses three names, and fans started to theorize that one of those names was what her friends, actors Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, named their third daughter.

So what led her fans to believe that? Well, in the song titled Betty, the other two names used are James and Inez, which are the names of Reynolds and Lively’s two oldest daughters.
“You heard the rumors from Inez / You can’t believe a word she says / Most times, but this time it was true / The worst thing that I ever did / Was what I did to you . . . She said, ‘James, get in, let’s drive’ / Those days turned into nights / Slept next to her, but / I dreamt of you all summer long.”
Fans quickly started believing that it might not be a coincidence that the song title Betty also included the other two names of Reynolds and Lively’s children. It was also pointed out that this wasn’t the first time Swift asked her friends’ children to be a part of one of her albums. James was featured on her 6th album in a song called Gorgeous.
Reynolds and Lively have kept much about their third daughter private. Her birth was announced one month after she made her way into the world and until now, the name of their third daughter had been one of Hollywood’s best-kept secrets.

According to People, a source is now confirming fans’ suspicions. The source, who reportedly has knowledge of the situation, told the magazine that the song was named in part for Lively and Reynolds’ third daughter. However, despite the source’s confirmation representatives for Lively and Reynolds did not return People’s request for comment.
