Jimmie Allen Accused of Sexual Assault for Second Time in Past Month

Jimmie Allen is finding himself in hot water for the second time in the past month as yet another woman comes forward with sexual assault accusations against the 37-year-old country music star. The woman, who is remaining anonymous and being identified as Jane Doe 2, filed a lawsuit on Friday (June 9).

According to the lawsuit, Doe 2 agreed to have sex with Allen, but only if they did so with a condom and they weren’t videotaped – she was also under the impression that he and his wife, Alexis Gale, had split. While Allen said he would respect her requests, he failed to live up to his word – on all three counts.

Not only was he still with his wife at the time, but he refused to wear a condom and was secretly taping their sexual encounter on a hidden phone. The lawsuit comes a month after his former manager (known as Jane Doe) accused him of rape and sexual abuse, followed by his pregnant wife filing for divorce.

The second incident pertains to an incident that happened last year. Jane Doe 2 met Jimmie Allen on an airplane to Nashville – at the time, she didn’t know who Allen was. After they got off the plane, Allen’s bodyguard caught up with her and asked for her phone number, per Allen’s request. She gave it to him.

They met a second time later that night and continued communicating via text message and FaceTime over the next two months. During that time, Allen confessed his love for Doe 2, said he could picture a future together, wanted her to have his children, and believed she’d be a good stepmother to his kids.

After two months of sweet talk over the phone, Doe 2 and Allen met for a third time – this time in Las Vegas. She admitted to feeling ‘comfortable and safe’ at first, but things took a turn for the worse when they began to have sex – that’s when Allen crossed several lines that Doe 2 requested he doesn’t cross.

“He told her he would respect her request,” the lawsuit says. “Yet, as their encounter progressed, Allen penetrated Plaintiff during sex with his penis and without a condom. Allen told Plaintiff he wanted to get her pregnant. Plaintiff said no. He refused.” Despite revoking her consent to sex, he proceeded anyway.

Jimmie Allen Was Secretly Filming Their Sexual Encounter

Jimmie Allen eventually fell asleep, giving Jane Doe 2 an opportunity to rush out of the house. On her way out, she was caught off guard when she saw his phone in the closet – its interior light turned on as she walked by. The phone was fixated on the bed and recorded her entire sexual encounter with Allen.

In a panic, Jane Doe 2 took his phone, left the hotel room, deleted the video, and called a friend – who later contacted the same attorney involved in Allen’s other lawsuit, Elizabeth Fegan. As for Doe 2, she turned Allen’s phone in to the police and reported the incident – which is currently under investigation.

“Jane Doe 2’s filing demonstrates to me that there is a vivid, distinct pattern of behavior. We intend to show it’s a pattern of deceit, manipulation, and ultimately of force,” Fegan said of the latest accusation. “Just as no means no, stop means stop. If one participant doesn’t stop, it is sexual assault.”

As of right now, Doe 2 is suing Jimmie Allen for battery, assault, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress – Allen’s bodyguard and the company that employs his bodyguard were also added to the lawsuit. Allen has already denied the first allegations against him, but has yet to comment on the second.
