Kailyn Lowry Reveals Her Newborn Son’s Name Is Creed
In an Instagram post shared on Monday, August 10, Lowry shared that her new son’s name is Creed. “C R E E D,” she captioned the post. “Guiding principle,” she added, referencing the name’s meaning.
Her newborn son’s name can be seen on a baby blanket, because apparently this name-announcement post doubles as a sponsored ad for the brand Highway Three, which specializes in “personalized blankets and towels.”

Before Monday’s big name reveal, Lowry teased potential baby names on her Instagram Story, according to People. At the time, she said her son Isaac (10) was partial to the name ‘Jason’ and that Lincoln (6) liked ‘Austin.’ It seems neither children won out in the end, but that’s OK. There’s always the next baby.
Lowry did not share if her youngest son, Lux (2), had any name preferences.
Lowry shares new son Creed with her ex, Chris Lopez, who is also father to Lux. She shares Isaac with her ex Jo Rivera and Lincoln with her ex Javi Marroquin.
Though four kids seems like a full house to us, Lowry recently said that she was open to having up to six children, but that six is her limit. “I just didn’t have siblings and family before, so I think I always wanted my kids to have siblings,” Lowry said at the time.

Though it seems Lowry decided on her new baby name more recently, she welcomed Creed at the end of last month. At the time she confirmed everything went smoothly, despite potential changes to her ideal birth plan, and that Creed was born on July 30 at 2:47 p.m. weighing 8 pounds, 15 ounces at birth, and measuring 22.5 inches long.
And Lowry isn’t the only Teen Mom with recent big baby news! Lowry’s Teen Mom 2 co-star, Chelsea Houska, just announced that she is pregnant with her fourth child as well. What timing for these teen moms!
