Kim Zolciak was apparently living her best life while filming Season 8 of MTV’s The Surreal Life a few weeks ago. According to a new report by TMZ, the 45-year-old TV personality was ‘acting flirty’ with Chet Hanks – the second-youngest child of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson – and they weren’t being shy about it.
“Multiple sources connected to the show tell TMZ … Kim and Tom Hanks’ son were acting flirty toward each other while cameras were rolling,” the outlet reported – adding that they ‘really hit things off’ and some people in the house think ‘they might’ve caught feelings for each other’ while filming the show.
Their chemistry was evident from the beginning, but it’s unclear if the two plan on testing those waters now that filming has come to an end. TMZ can’t confirm if they exchanged numbers and don’t know if they’re staying in touch to this day. They can, however, confirm that ‘sparks were flying’ between the two.
We also know that the alleged ‘sparks’ come at a vulnerable time for Kim Zolciak, who is currently going through a divorce with her husband, Kroy Biermann. They both originally filed for divorce in May, but they reconciled shortly after. Biermann filed for a second divorce in August with no plans of reconciling again.
Their divorce has been nothing short of messy with the cops getting involved on numerous occasions over the past few months. In fact, things were no different when Zolciak returned to Atlanta after filming The Surreal Life last week – she wasted no time and called the cops on her husband the following day.
She allegedly called the police on September 28 after Biermann took her two cell phones and locked himself in the master bedroom – preventing her from leaving the house. She pleaded for help and claimed that she doesn’t feel safe in a home with Biermann – especially with how volatile their relationship is.
Kim Zolciak signed a deal with The Surreal Life in mid-September as she joined Macy Gray, Chet Hanks, Josie Canseco, Ally Brooke, and Johnny Weir on the reality show – which documents a group of D-list celebrities who live in a Hollywood mansion together for two weeks. Zolciak apparently had a good time.
Kim Zolciak Spotted at Storage Unit on Saturday
According to new photos published by The Daily Mail on Sunday (Oct. 8), Kim Zolciak took a trip to a local storage unit in her white Range Rover. She arrived in a black crop top, gray sweatpants, and dark gray slippers (with no makeup on) as she appeared to transport several designer suitcases to her storage unit.
The spotting comes amid her very public and very heated divorce/custody battle with her husband, Kroy Biermann. The couple are rumored to be in deep debt after recent court documents filed by Kroy accused Kim of mishandling their finances with her shopping and gambling – which have both grown out of control.
The financial struggles have made it near-impossible to keep up with mortgage payments. They first faced foreclosure in February, but the couple avoided their house going to auction by being put on foreclosure probation. They faced foreclosure again in July after they missed another mortgage payment.
