In a twisted tale, Larry Paul McClure, Sr., a registered sex offender, confessed to killing his daughter’s boyfriend and then attempting to marry her himself.
McClure wrote a letter to police in West Virginia confessing to murdering his daughter’s boyfriend, John Thomas McGuire, 38, on Valentine’s Day. McGuire’s body was discovered in September in a shallow grave.

In the letter, which was obtained by The Daily Telegraph, McClure wrote, “I just want it over. NO TRIAL. NO TAXPAYERS MONEY SPENT FOR A TRIAL. It is hard for the state of WV to fight against itself because I pled guilty/no contest. Thank you for your time on this matter.”
The letter also included details of the murder, according to WVNS.

In response to the letter, McClure has been charged with first-degree murder. His daughters, Amanda Michelle Naylor McClure, 31, and Anna Marie Choudhary, 32, have also been charged with first-degree murder according to reports. They are currently awaiting a grand jury presentment.

According to authorities, the victim was hit in the head by a bottle of wine, tied up, injected with two vials of methamphetamine, and then strangled.
McClure and his daughter Amanda allegedly obtained a marriage license a few weeks after the murder, though the incestuous marriage is illegal in West Virginia.
