According to Fox 13 News, Memphis police are looking for Kennedy’s father, Brandon Isabelle. He is on the run and has outstanding warrants for two counts of first-degree murder, murder in the perpetration of aggravated kidnapping, especially aggravated kidnapping, and tampering/fabricating with evidence.

Fox 13 News reports that police say they found evidence that leads them to believe that Kennedy is no longer alive. A photo of Isabelle has not yet been released to the public.

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Tennessee authorities searched for the 2-day-old baby girl after her mother went missing. According to reports, an Amber Alert was issued for the infant after her mother was discovered dead on February 1 around 11:15 p.m.

As the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reveals, authorities discovered an abandoned vehicle near Levi Road. Near the vehicle was the body of 27-year-old Danielle Hoyle, the infant’s mother.

Authorities say Danielle had been shot to death and because Kennedy was last seen with Danielle, they are concerned for Kennedy’s safety. Kennedy was not found anywhere near the abandoned vehicle.

Family members say the last they knew, Danielle was taking Kennedy to receive her shots.

The Amber Alerts states that Kennedy was last seen wearing a black and white polka dot onesie with pink pants. She weighs just 6 pounds and measures 17-inches long with brown hair and brown eyes.

It remains unclear who initially reported Danielle and Kennedy missing. Initial reports by ABC 24 said a man who knew both Danielle and Kennedy was taken into police custody for questioning. It had not yet been reported if that man had any pertinent information or how the man knows the victim and her child. It’s unclear if this unidentified man was Isabelle.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is asking anyone with any information about where Kennedy could be to notify them at 1-800-TBI-FIND or call the Memphis Police Department at 901-545-2677.
