On June 30, Nick Cannon took to his TikTok to share a video of him dancing with his 12-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan – who he shares with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey. The trio was dancing to Mariah’s hit song ‘Touch My Body,’ which was released in 2008 – three years before giving birth to the twins.
The video starts with Nick Cannon shaking his bum in front of the camera, which seemed to embarrass Monroe as she tried to get him to stop – only to have him do it again seconds later. About 10 seconds in, Mariah’s vocals start and Monroe starts to do a popular TikTok dance, followed by Nick and Moroccan.
By the 20-second mark, the trio is doing a synchronized dance and Nick is getting a little too into it. The video ends with Nick playfully pushing Monroe out of the frame with his bum. “Only Right!! Shout out to Mommy!!!! The Empress Queen of all Queens!” he wrote in the caption, paying tribute to his ex-wife.

The 34-second video has been seen nearly 14 million times over the past 24 hours, which is an upgrade from what he normally receives – most of his TikTok videos receive around 300k-500k views. The video also received 1.8 million likes, nearly 9,000 comments, 50,000 bookmarks, and nearly 10,000 shares.
Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey started dating in early 2008 and their love for one another grew quickly. They tied the knot on April 30, 2008 – a few months after they started dating – and started building a family three years later. The twins, Moroccan and Monroe, were born in 2011 on the couple’s anniversary.
They remained a couple for three years after welcoming their twins – Mariah filed for divorce in 2014 and the divorce was finalized two years later (2016). Cannon hasn’t been married since, but he has welcomed 10 other children with five different women – he’s now a father of 12, though one of his kids died in 2021.
In May, Nick Cannon revealed what Mariah Carey thinks of his expanding family. “As long as you don’t bring none of that bull—- to the Manor of Carey,” she told him of his 10 other kids. The former couple have a cordial relationship and keep in constant contact with one another as they co-parent the twins.

On June 29, one day before his dancing video with Moroccan and Monroe, Nick Cannon posted a video of him and his son, Golden Cannon (who he shares with Brittany Bell) working out with jump ropes, Thor hammers, and even a friendly game of tug-of-war – Golden ‘GoGo’ Cannon was determined the winner.
On June 26, he posted another dancing video with Monroe. Roughly two weeks prior, on June 14, he celebrated the 2nd birthday of his twin sons, Zillion and Zion, who he shares with Abby De La Rosa. He was seen flying kites with the 2-year-olds, threw them both a birthday bash, and visited Sesame Place.
