Penelope Disick Gets Brutally Honest When Asked What Her Father Should Be Looking for in a Partner

In this week’s episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner set out on a mission to find Scott Disick a suitable partner as he looks to settle down, but it was his 11-year-old daughter, Penelope Disick, who stole the show when asked about the traits she would like to see in her future stepmom.

Kris and Khloe were talking to Scott in the kitchen when they brought up the topic of dating – in hopes of figuring out what Scott was looking for in a woman. He admits to being lonely ‘all the time’ and says he wants ‘somebody who doesn’t give up on somebody’ – jokingly modeling his ‘perfect girl’ after Khloe.

“I have been through, like, a lot of different things. I definitely know I’m not easy and I’m not perfect,” he adds. While this was good information for Khloe and Kris, it wasn’t enough to pinpoint the right person and they needed more. That’s when they turned to Penelope – who just so happened to be walking by.

Khloe and Kris ask Penelope to list some of the qualities they should be looking for in her father’s next partner – her potential future stepmother. She began with what she believes to be the most important quality: “Older,” she said – referring to her father’s tendency to date women nearly half his own age.

When Khloe suggests that they should maybe start with someone in their 20s, Penelope Disick again steals the show. “No! 20s?! You’re 40! You’re not gonna date someone 19” she says with a disgusted look on her face. Scott goes on to say that he probably would date someone that age, but admits it’s not a good look.

Continuing with her list of qualities, Penelope wants her future stepmom to have a ‘good personality’ and wants her to ‘be pretty.’ She also wouldn’t mind a stepmom who goes to the gym because she believes her father needs to go to the gym more often. What she wants most is for her father to have a girlfriend.

Now that Khloe and Kris had enough information, they vow to start looking for some potential blind dates for Scott so he can get his dating life. In fact, they sent him out on his first blind date later in the episode – a date with Celine Nehoray. While Scott says the date went well, he didn’t elaborate any further than that.

Penelope Disick Takes Aim at Father’s Recent Dating History

When Penelope Disick dissed her father over his tendency to date younger women, she said what the rest of us have been thinking since Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian announced their separation – for good – back in 2015. You can say what you want, but his dating history since then speaks for itself.

It all started in 2015 when he started dating Chloe Bartoli, who is seven years his junior. He moved on to Megan Blake Irwin (8 years his junior) the following year before briefly dating Bella Thorne (14 years his junior) in 2017. Not long after they split, he started dating Sofia Richie (she was 19 and Scott was 34).

His relationship with Sofia ended up lasting three years (on and off) and was his longest relationship since his breakup with Kourtney. Sofia grew close with his three children – sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8, and daughter Penelope, 11 – and was even featured in several episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

After he broke things off with Sofia, he started a relationship with Amelia Gray Hamlin – who was a teenager at the time and 18 years his junior – in 2020 before splitting the following year. He has stayed away from the dating scene ever since his car accident in August 2022 that left him ‘barely mobile.’
