Pierce Brosnan Posts ‘Heartfelt Congratulations’ to 22-Year-Old Son, Who Just Graduated From Loyola Marymount University

Pierce Brosnan has some exciting news to share regarding his 22-year-old son, Paris Brosnan, who he shares with wife Keely Shaye Brosnan. Earlier this month, Pierce took to Instagram to congratulate his son on graduating from Loyola Marymount University School of Film & Television with a degree in film. 

“Go into the world with a brave heart and create stories that will make the world a better place,” Pierce wrote in the Instagram caption – adding a photo of Paris sandwiched between his father and mother following the conclusion of his graduation ceremony. It was a proud moment for Paris and his family. 

In the photo, Pierce was wearing a dapper blue suit with the top of his undershirt unbuttoned and no tie – he was fitted with a gray pocket square and had his sunglasses dangling from his undershirt. Keely was wearing a pink dress with a white overcoat and a lei around her neck – Paris was also wearing a lei.

Keely also took to Instagram to congratulate her son, sharing two photos from the occasion – one of the mother-father-son trio and another that featured her alongside her mother, Sharon, and her son, Paris. In the caption, she shared a brief message for Paris and also urged everyone to check out his creative work. 

“We are beyond proud of you and the incredible passion and talent you possess. Go forth and do good things. A man becomes what he dreams… dream well. Love, Mom & Dad,” Keely wrote in the caption before promoting her son’s work. “To watch Paris’ short documentary films now Google Paris X FEED.” 

Pars X FEED is a short film created by Paris – an emerging filmmaker – after he traveled to Sri Lanka to help capture the 10th anniversary of Clarins & FEED. The two organizations joined hands in 2011 to ‘help deliver high-quality, nutritious food into the hands of children around the world,” according to Vanity Teen.

“Traveling to Sri Lanka was an eye-opening experience. I was drawn to Clarins and FEED’s mission to help solve childhood hunger through school feeding,” he said of his first big project. “A little goes a long way—collectively, small actions can make a life changing difference for those who need it most.”

Pierce Brosnan Debuts Paintings at First Solo Art Exhibit

When he’s not spending time with his family and attending graduation ceremonies, Pierce Brosnan – who is best known as one of the James Bond actors – is an avid painter. In fact, painting gives Pierce the ability to express himself in ways he can’t otherwise, allowing him to create personal and biographical art. 

To help share his passion with the world – much like he has with his acting and filmmaking – Pierce decided to display his paintings at his first solo art exhibit, which will remain open through May 21 in Los Angeles. It’s a big step for him in his painting career, considering he doesn’t often share it with the world. 

“My wife, Keely, bought these pads that sit by the phone with her initials, my initials. And soon as I am on a phone call, or I’m doing business, and I have a morning of calls. The pad is there, and the drawings just happen. They just show themselves, so they have a mystery,” Brosnan said of his creative process.

His art gallery opened on May 14, just two days before his 70th birthday – which he celebrated on May 16. In fact, he said the art exhibit is his birthday gift to himself, adding that it gave him the courage to display his paintings for the public to see. While he has achieved so much, the actor still has dreams.
